Who We Are

Green building technology invented from 40 years of field experience.

UCS Green System was founded in 1997 and operates from Business Bay, Dubai. Our patented curtain wall system is the result of decades of refinement, purpose-built to eliminate every inefficiency that plagues conventional curtain wall construction.

We supply, fabricate, test and supervise installation across the full scope: CW vision and spandrel glazing, balustrades, louver frames, thermally broken windows and doors — all under one unified, patented system. Our clients include leading developers and contractors across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Iran.

Technology Owner & Site Execution

UCS Green System is the technology owner. We hold the patent, run the testing programme, supply the system and supervise its installation — we do not undertake contracting work ourselves. Site execution is carried out by contracting partners. Among the projects shown here, several were executed at the time by Boston Aluminium & Glass Co. L.L.C., a UAE façade contractor still active today. Extrusion is by Emirates Extrusion Factory.

How the UCS system changes conventional practice.

The UCS system is assembled and installed using only three types of fasteners — applicable across 4-way structural, 2-way structural and conventional curtain wall systems.
